Yes, it is compatible with all sizes normal weigth, and quite easy to add your own metahuman

The first thing you have to do is import your metahuman

 

After that, you must assign the TAG corresponding to the size to your Metahuman.

You have on the one hand masculine, feminine

and then the height, short, medium and tall.

After that, assign all parts of the corresponding size, as shown in the photo.

This example would be for a woman’s size L.

It is important to assign the body material we want to these skeletons.

That is to enter the Skeletal Mesh, and where it says material, put whatever we want.

 

Remove Skeletal Mesh from body component.

 

Finally, we must verify that our metahuman calls its parent class in the begin play event.
